Total quality management system (TQM)

In September 2008, after being trained by Netherlands experts, Secoin has started applying total quality management system in its factories from North to South of Vietnam. This is an approach to the art of management that originated in Japanese industry in the 1950's and has become steadily more popular in the West since the early 1980's

The training course focused on important aspects of total quality management including customer-driven quality, roles and commitments from high level management, continuous improvement, fast response, actions based on facts and employee participation into TQM culture environment.
