5S-Kaizen |  | In 2006-2007, Secoin was 1 of 2 Vietnam enterprises being chosen to participate into Japan project of developing evaluation of medium and small scale enterprises. In this project, experts from Asian productiveness organisation and Japan productiveness center gave training and guidance on how to apply 5S management methods to entire Secoin system. |

In the year of
2007, Secoin joined program "good practice 5S" organized by
Asia productiveness organisation and Vietnam center for
productiveness. After period of implementation, Secoin together with other 4
Vietnamese enterprises (Ford Vietnam, Vietnam Airline...) was honorably received
good practice 5S certificate issued by Asia productiveness organisation and
Vietnam center for productiveness

In August 2007, in agenda of international project of Hanoi business
women organization, project's experts trained "5S practice" to whole staffs and
workers in Secoin building factory in Ha Tay province. |
