Announcement of personnel change in December 2011

The Administrative and personnel department of Secoin Building Material Corporation would like to announce to all members of company in the system about the personnel change in December 2011 as follows:

1. Chairman of the Executive Board of Secoin Building Material Corporation appointed Ms. Tran Thi Bich Thanh to take over the Head of Administrative and Human Resources department from December 1st, 2011. On behalf of Corporation, wishing Ms. Tran Thi Bich Thanh to do her new mission well.

2. Due to the family reasons, Ms. Chu Thi Nguyet, the former Head of Administrative and Human Resources department officially stopped working at Secoin Building Material Corporation from November 19th, 2011. From now on, all matters related to Ms. Chu Thi Nguyet will be settled by Secoin office at No.59 Hang Chuoi Str., Ha Noi.
