Announcement of Personnel Change in November 2011

The Administrative and Personnel Department of Secoin Building Material Corporation would like to announce to all members of company system the personnel change in November 2011 as follows:

1. Chairman of the Executive Board of Secoin Building Material Corporation has signed the decision to appoint

   Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue to take the position of Chief Accountant of Secoin Building Material Corporation from November 1^st, 2011. On June 2009, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue was recruited to work at Finance – Accounting Department of Secoin. During the working time at Corporation, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue has always completed her tasks as well as tried to improve her skills to be more professional. On behalf of all staffs, wishing Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue to fulfill all duties in this new position.

2. Due to health condition and family reasons, Ms. Vu Thi Thu Huong, Project Manager of Secoin Building Material Corporation, officially stopped working at Corporation from November 1^st, 2011.
