Secoin Hatay one member building material Company limited | | 
The company was formerly Secoin’s concrete block factory located in Van Dien (Hanoi) from the middle of 1996. In 1998, the factory was moved to Cau Dien (Hanoi) to form Terrazzo Tile Factory (SETERRA). In 2000, Secoin bought High Quality Brick Company SUPER BRICK (100% Japanese capital company) in Chuong My Ha Tay. In 2003, Secoin Building Material Factory was set up in a merge between the factory in Cau Dien and the factory in Chuong My. In 2008, when Ha Tay province was merged into Hanoi, Secoin has equitized the company and changed it into Secoin Hatay Building Material Joint-Stock Company.
In early 2011, the Management Board of Secoin building material Corporation had given new business direction and joint Secoin Ha Tay building material Joint stock company to Mother company to boost its production capacity and financial resources as well to expand production. Secoin Ha Tay building material Joint Stock company had been transformed to Secoin Ha Tay one member building material company limited. This company is now building new workshops at 20,000m2 area to expand current production and invest in new business lines.
Situated on an area of nearly 36,000 m2, Secoin Hatay Building Material Joint-Stock Company has the biggest production scale in the North of Vietnam for non-burnt building materials. The company is located near marble quarries and 22 km away from Hanoi Center.
The company is equipped with modern equipment from OCEM, Casani (Italy), MASA-Handuk (Germany-Korea), Nakano (Japan),… , a workforce of over 100 staff and a manufacturing system with advanced management tools such as ISO-9001:2000, Kaizen, 5S,… which were supervised and certified by Japanese experts.
The company’s main products are Artistic outdoor tile; Pool paver; Terrazzo tile; Pavement & driveway paver; Concrete roof tile with the total capacity of 600.000 m2/year.
Not only sold in Vietnam, the company’s products have also been exported regularly to many markets like Japan, Australia, Africa, Europe,... since 1999. Management Board

Factory of Secoin Terrazzo Xuan Mai.
By the end of 2007, Secoin signed to buy whole Terrazzo tile factory from Constrexim Thang Long at Xuan Mai, Ha Noi. In the beginning of 2008, Secoin obtained official license issued by Ha Tay provincial committee to allow Secoin to do new investment to this factory and renamed it Secoin Xuan Mai Terrazzo factory.
The factory has an area of nearly 8,000m2 located near by marble mines and in distance of 30km far from Hanoi centre. This factory is equipped with state-of-the-art and automatic production lines of OCEM and CASSANI (Italy) with total capacity of 350,000m2 per year.
Main products of this factory is Terrazzo, Artistic outdoor tiles, Pool pavers and pavement tiles.
