Secoin supplying roof tile to Eco-urban area of Vincom Village

Secoin has become official supplier of outdoor pavers and roof tile of Eco-urban area for Vincom Village in Long Bien District, Hanoi whose’s investor is Sai Dong Investment and development Joint Stock company – member company of Vingroup.

This project is built under module of Ecological Real Estate and multi-function complex including 100% luxury villas located in front of lake, A level office area, Long Bien Vincom Trade centre complex , international schools and hospitals system, in-house entertainment, sport and food court. ..Even just being kicked off in May 2011, this project will be basically completed and handed over to customers by the end of 2011, said investor. With such rush schedule and high quality demand, the Investor wants to look for reputed suppliers as well as sufficient production capacity to meet their requirement. Secoin has been chosen as official supplier of this project. Secoin is estimated to supply about 150.000m2 of roof tile to this project since now till the end of 2011.

In the later phases of this project, Secoin’s other products will be continued supplying to such as: concrete blocks, garden landscaping tiles…This seems to be very good signal for production while real estate and construction market are “quite” now.
