Secoin supply blocks & bricks for the highest building in Vietnam |  On November 6th 2009, Secoin officially signed contract with Geojung Vina to supply millions of concrete blocks and bricks to Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower, the highest building in Vietnam and the 17th highest in the world.
Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower is a complex of hotel-office-apartment-trading center including a complex of 70-storey luxurious hotel and 2 high-grade 48-storey apartment buildings.
Geojung Vina, a 100% Korean invested company is the main contractor of Keangnam project for walling items of 3 buildings: Resident A, Resident B and Hotel.
From August till October 2009, Secoin supplied a trial lot of concrete block for 7th floor of Resident B, after this period, Geojung Vina has had confidence in Secoin’s quality and service. In November, Geojung Vina officially signed contract with and appointed Secoin to supply hollow and solid blocks.
This contract will be implemented from November 2009 till August 2010. In this signing ceremony, Geojung’s president express his willingness to maintain long-term cooperation with Secoin in the coming time in not only Keangnam project but also in other projects of Geojung.
With a huge demand for blocks and bricks, Geojung spent half a year to research building material market in general and concrete block market in particular. During that time, Geojung’s manager had traveled to many provinces and discussed with tens of big and small producers and finally Geojung Vina chose Secoin as reliable partner in supplying concrete blocks and bricks for Keangnam project.
For Keangnam, Secoin has re-affirmed its long lasting development and and leading position in Vietnam building material market.
