Employee Conference & Labor Union General Meeting 2011-2014 tenure in Saigon Secoin

On 21/11/2011, Secoin Sai Gon Industry- Investment Jsc officially put into operation the new Meeting Hall & Canteen for employees. When this new canteen is operated and the company can prepare lunch for staff, meals are much improved in quality - food safety compared to the previous industrial lunch portion in order to ensure the health of employees.

On 03/12/2011 Secoin Sai Gon Industry- Investment Jsc held the 2011 Employee Conference. Attending the Conference were the entire 245 officers and employees of the company. The conference was organized in a serious and democratic manner with many contributing opinions to protect the rights for laborers as well as for the Company. The conference went through the business report for the first 10 months of 2011 and approved the collective labor agreement of Secoin Sai Gon Industry- Investment Jsc between Mr. Dinh Hong Ky- Chairman and CEO - Representative of Employer and Mr. Ho Van Huong - Chairman of Labor Union - Representative of labor force.

On the same day 03/12/2011, the Labor Union General Meeting of Secoin Sai Gon Industry- Investment Jsc was held for the tenure 2011 to 2014 with the participation of Board of Directors of the Company, Senior Labor Union representative, local authorities and all 245 officers and employees. The Labor Union General Meeting has gained many valuable suggestions of Mr. Dinh Hong Ky - Chairman and CEO of the Company, Senior Labor Union representative Mr. Lương Cao Nui (Labor Union Executive Committee of Building Materials Corporation No. 1), local authority Mr. Nguyen Ngoc An - Chairman of An Binh Ward. The Meeting took place in a democratic manner and elected new labor union executive committee 2011-2014 tenure consisting 5 members:

1. Mrs. Tran Thi Xuan Lan

2. Mrs. Pham Thi Chau

3. Mrs. Dang Thi Hoang Yen

4. Mr. Huynh Van Nghia

5. Mr. Ho Chi Dat

The new Executive Committee members are the staff who have enthusiasm and worked for a long time with the Company. They will act as a bridge between workers and the Company in the future.
