December, 1993 :
Establishing Technology Research & Development Dept focusing on transfer of technology for “non-burnt“ building materials. Secoin signed exclusive agency agreement with 25 foreign companies such as OCEM (Italy), Rometa (Spain), MASA-Handuk (Korea),… and set up technological-commercial relation with 105 companies in all the continents.

September 16th, 1994:
Establishing SECOIN Branch in Nam Ha with Mr. Do Anh Tuan as branch manager.
January, 1995 :
SECOIN completed the managing machanism of the company : Mr. Dinh Hong Ky: Managing Director; Ms. Dinh Hoai Giang: Deputy Managing Director; Mr. Nguyen Trong Bao: Marketing Director.

March 4th , 1995:
Prof. Dinh Xuan Ba - on behalf of Secoin - went to Paris to sign the Convention to take part in and establish FTI ( Fiapa Tourisme International ) consisting of 12 enterprises from 12 countries.

One of the turn-key plant

March 1995:
Secoin supplied equipment and installed and transferred technology on "turn-key" basis to the first Block factory in the north led by Nam Ha Financial Management Department in Phu Ly.
Until 2008, Secoin has supplied, installed and tranferred technology to over 50 factories manufacturing “non-burnt” building material in total (block, terrazzo) all over the country. Secoin has been regarded by the Ministry of Construction as the creator of non-burnt building material industry of Vietnam.

October 1995 :
Prof. Dinh Xuan Ba's biography was chosen to be printed in the book WHO'S WHO OF THE ASIAN PACIFIC RIM, 1995-1996 International Edition . It was chosen to be printed again later in 1997-1998 International Edition and in WHO'S WHO IN VIETNAM, 1997-1998 International Edition.
May 26th, 1996
Increasing legal capital to 2,042,227,682 VND and supplement some more business activities.

September 7th, 1996 :
Opening the concrete block production factory in Van Dien (Ha noi). This factory supplied block to 7 large construction projects in Ha Noi such as 5-star Horison Hotel, Hung Vuong International Conference Centre, Vuon Hong Hotel, TOYOTA factory in Vietnam,... Secoin became the first company which produced and supplied concrete block in Hanoi market.
This was a turning-point which marked a development step of Secoin's business activities, i.e. production. It was the first time when Secoin itself invested on and managed the factory for producing building material.

Establishing Secoin's Labour Union (2/1/1997) |
November, 1996 :
SECOIN was chosen by GRAHAM & WHITESIDE ( UK ) to be put in the book MAJOR COMPANIES OF THE FAR EAST AND AUSTRALASIA published in1996, and was chosen to be repeatedly printed in the following editions of 1997,1998.
January 2nd, 1997 :
Labour Union of SECOIN was established and it has been awarded many certificateds of merit as well as banners of competitions for “Strong and stable Trade Union unit” held by local Labour Federations at district and city levels.
Jan 2nd has been recorded as Secoin's Labour Union Day.

April 1998 :
SECOIN started the building up of the terrazzo tile factory (SETERRA) in Commune 9, Cau Dien district Tu Liem, Ha Noi.
